During winter weather we may run slightly behind schedule. We will most always collect trash on your scheduled collection day unless weather conditions prohibit our ability to do so. If you are in question, please contact our office at 859-744-7007.
Customers with House Service please keep in mind that we will always do our very best to come up the driveways to collect your trash. If our driver feels the conditions in the driveway will result in the truck getting stuck, sliding off of the driveway or just too dangerous, he may not attempt it. If your driveway is covered in snow or ice, please bring your trash to the end of your driveway to ensure service. Not only do we not want to jeopardize the safety of our employees but we also do not want to damage your property.
Customers with Road Service please keep in mind that although we may be running behind schedule, please leave your trash to the end of your driveway. If the weather is so bad that you question whether we are running or not, please contact our office prior to taking trash back to the house.
WINTER WEATHER SCHEDULE CHANGES
POSTED: Tuesday, January 16, 2018 (Tuesday Routes)
Due to hazardous road conditions today we were unable to provide trash collection services. Customers with Tuesday AND Friday service will have service on Friday as usual. Customers with service on Tuesdays ONLY will have trash collection service on Thursday, January 18, 2018. All other routes are on regular schedule as of now.
POSTED: Wednesday, January 17, 2018 (Wednesday Routes)
We were unable to run our Wednesday routes today due to road conditions still being hazardous. Our trucks travel only county roads and considering we were due to be around the river area, we decided against running routes to keep everyone safe.
We will be doing a make up route for customers who have Wednesday service. We will be running all Wednesday routes on Saturday, January 20, 2018. Please have your trash out at the regular time.
Please check back for updates or contact our office with questions.
Thank you for your cooperation during this winter season. We appreciate your business!
